Life Activities

Here are some things that we have done:

We went on the coolest vacation to Florida/Bahamas. 

What we enjoyed the most was spending the day at 

Universal Studios - Islands of Adventure. 

Our favorite was HARRY POTTER WORLD! The other parts of the park were great too, but Harry Potter topped 'em all. At the end of the day we ran to get
 another butterbeer and go on the Hogwarts ride again.

We love the 4th of July! 
A favorite tradition of ours is going to the 

Stadium of Fire for the show 
and to see the awesome fireworks!

We love celebrating birthdays!
Breakfast in bed is a huge tradition. 

Waffles with strawberries and whip cream. YUM!

Then we get to decide what dinner, cake, ice cream, 

and activity we want. 

Chalyce loves to cook and bake. Here are some things she has made throughout the years.

My mom always made the pies for Thanksgiving and 
I wanted to follow in her footsteps.
These were the pies I made for the first time.

Here was the "blue" food I made for one of the 
BYU vs. University of Utah rivalry games.
I've made blue white chocolate chip cookies before, 
but this year I found a recipe for a 
blue velvet cake and it was a big winner! 

Here are the cinnamon roll pancakes
 I made Ryan for Valentine's Day.
Not as pretty as the picture I saw, but it was so good!

Our New Year's traditions are super yummy! 
We have Chinese Food for New Year's Eve and 
then on New Year's Day we snack on hors d'oeuvres 
while watching football or movies.

We have lots of Halloween traditions, 
but one we love is on Halloween night.
We have dinner in a pumpkin which helps to warm us up.
